First, soften your body with only warm water for 8 -10 mins, then step away from the water, dampen the exfoliating mitt, squeeze out excess water. Do not use soaps and lotion. These products prevent the exfoliating mitt from grabbing the skin properly. Using upward strokes, slowly massage your body with the mitt. You’ll begin to see dead skin cells turning into dark little balls on the surface of your exfoliating mitt. For best results use every two weeks!

Step 1: Soften your skin with water only or for better exfoliating steam for 8 -10 minutes.
Step 2: Step away from the water. Squeeze excess water, leaving the mitt slightly damp.
Step 3: Exfoliate using vigorous upward and downward motion.
